Andrew "On July 27th, a little after three twenty in the morning, I was on Security wall-walking patrol. I ran forward to see an intruder in my back yard. He was all in dark fur, so I don't know if it was Darth, the cat at the end of the cul de sac, or Mr. Gray in his dark coat, but I was struck in the face with a open clawed paw, and my left eyebrow and feeler hairs were torn off my face. I'd been mugged! In terrible pain and bleeding, I went in the house through the dog door to find help, and there was my neighbor at her computer in the middle of the night. She and I are great friends. She sterilized my dime sized wound with Hydrogen Peroxide, and the lymph and blood started to coagulate soon after my first application of Polysporin. She fixed a special bed for me with a beach towel and a pillow on the "Storybook Chair" in the family room and got out her Miracle Pet Pad, plugged it in, and not counting my sojourns back through the doggie door to take care of personal matters, I snuggled down for about four days of care, lovies, fur stroking and a quarter tube of Polysporin.
